And if you're wondering, those fillings vary and include octopus, shrimp, chicken, or beef, or the less traditional like Philly Cheesesteak (with shaved top sirloin, caramelized onions, and three-cheddar béchamel); pizza with mozzarella cheese (regular or vegan); spicy shrimp (with scallion, red ginger, and spicy mayo); crab cake; and barbecue chicken.
