The chipotle pasta dish is back at Triumph Brewing Co.

Triumph Brewing Company of New Hope will be bringing back one of its signature dishes, the chipotle pasta. “The chipotle pasta is a dish which was on the menu when we opened,” says general manager Dave Tyler. “People loved it. We still get requests for it six years later.” The dish is made with chorizo sausage, corn, chicken, roasted peppers, spinach, farfalle pasta, and chipotle cream sauce. It has a slight kick from the chipotle peppers, and pairs extremely well with the Bengal Gold IPA. The chipotle pasta special will run from Monday Jan 11th through Sunday Jan 17th.
