New Bobby Flay burger joint coming to town

Bobby Flay fans, your wait is over. The Iron Chef has slated Philly as his next location for Bobby's Burger Palace.
If you haven't been to one, and I certainly haven't, you'll be interested to hear how the company's site describes the chain: "Bobby's Burger Palace (BBP) presents 10 signature burgers inspired by Chef Bobby Flay's extensive travels throughout America and love of the grill in a convenient casual setting."
And apparently the burgers can be made with turkey, chicken or served sans bun.
I'm guessing these are probably going to beat Red Robbin's.
