Top 10 dining annoyances

When you go out to eat at most fine dining restaurants, it's almost more about the show than the food. Which I suppose is fine, but it's not my bag, baby.
Other annoying things about eating out as of late: the proliferation of onion blooms, family-style dining tables and celebrity chefs.
But those really aren't the worst out there. Restaurant owners are making some really annoying decisions, which have all been outlined by the Chicago Tribune in an easy-to-digest top 10 list. Check 'em out here, and let me know if you really think they are the worst offenses, or if there are ones the list is missing.
