Jose Garces rocks it out on The Next Iron Chef

Over the summer, my Sunday nights belonged to True Blood.
Those days are over. That's because Philly chef extraordinaire Jose Garces is kicking butt on The Next Iron Chef.
Last night was the first episode, and I won't ruin it for those who didn't catch it, but Garces does a mighty fine job bringing the pride home to the City of Brotherly Love. This is definitely worth hitting up on reruns. And be prepared for next week: the second episode airs on Sunday at 9 p.m. on the Food Network.
