No tip? You could be arrested for it.

I think we've all been in at least one situation where we didn't want to leave a robust tip. But it looks like now, if you have a large party, you just might be arrested for doing that.

I just cant believe this place! If my waiter or waitress did such a horrible job, i'd say slap the cuffs on me too,no way i'd tip them if they didnt do anything!
