Beer dinner at Iron Hill

Posted by Kaytie Dowling

In the fall, the drink of choice has to be beer. Winter is the season of spiced rums and eggnog. Summer? That's the time for a white wine. And spring? I think we can all admit that you need a nice mojito or G&T. But fall? That's all about the beer.

And that's why on Tuesday, November 17, at 7 p.m., Iron Hill of Media serve a special menu designed to highlight its beers. Dinner will include: butternut Squash-Pumpkin Bisque, paired with Saison, a Belgian farmhouse-style ale that is at once earthy, fruity and spicy; Petite Duck Confit Salad, paired with ‘Ironator’ Doppelbock; Braised, Bone-In Lamb Shank, paired with Barleywine; and Chocolate-Goat Cheese Spring Roll, paired with Raspberry Torte. The meal is $65 per person plus tax, including gratuity. Space is limited to 40 guests, so reservations are required.
