The gift for the traveling gourmand

You're probably thinking about holiday shopping, at least a little bit. I know I am. And I think I've found the perfect gift for my jetsetting friend. You know the one; she's always heading off on some exotic weekend adventure here or there.
For her, I'm going to snag a couple of these Fodor's Travel Guides. There are several books that overlap with her plans for the year, so I know they'll get used. This way she'll get some great insider's advice on where to go and what to eat, and she might even remember to pickup a sweet thank you gift for me while she's away. (Merlot from California might be nice, hint, hint.)
