NYE at Tinto

I've been sweet on Jose Garces since I first moved to the area and fell for the lovely Amada. It's hard not to adore a restaurant with so much charm and wine. Since then the passion has only grown. And now it might culminate in a torrid affair at the start of the new year. 

Garces is having people over to his much loved Tinto for some dinner and festivities. It'll be a night of fine dining, complete with four courses. Here's what you can sample:

First course--a choice of Jamon Iberico; Abbaye de Belloc; or arugula salad

Second course--a choice of beet terrine; foie gras; or crab montadito

Third course--a choice of striped bass; veal chop; or asparagus gratin

Dessert--thyme panna cotta

I'm swooning just thinking about it.

Now if only I could convince Jose to bring the dinner to my party, I'd be set...
