Look, people. I've been telling you for weeks to get your New Year's plans in order. Make your reservations NOW if you haven't already.
OK, now that I've gotten that rant out of the way, here's another good option for dinner at the end of the decade: Square 1682. The Rittenhouse restaurant has two seatings on Dec. 31: a six-course tasting menu at 6 p.m., and an eight-course meal at 9 p.m.
For the night hawks out there, consider the second seating. You'll finish your meal out with a complimentary (and complementary) glass of champagne at midnight.
And if you're looking to sample a little more from a bottle, you can try new-world and old-world flights of wine.
